I did it. I bought myself a Moleskine sketchbook. I have purchased Moleskine notebooks for my writing in the past, but it was a new thrill to buy myself the cult-fad sketchbook to use for my botanical drawings.
The paper in the sketchbook is for watercolor paints, but I'm using colored pencils. My last sketchbook had generic white paper, and I'm noticing the difference in how the pencils work on each type of paper.
This is an okra plant.
